AGREEMENT FOR USE OF MATERIALS: Client represents and warrants that the Client has authority to permit MarketMeLocally.com to publish all materials ( artwork, photos, tex, etc.) provided to Local Directory™ and the undersigned personally shall indinfy, defend and hold harmeless MarketMeLocally.com, its agents, directors, shareholders and employees for all liability and expenses of any kind (including attorneys' fees) incurred in connection with MarketMeLocally.com's use of such materials. Any photos supplied by or taken for MarketMeLocally.com are for the exclusive use by MarketMeLocally.com and may be used elsewhere.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: (1) MarketMeLocally.com reserves the right to refuse, remove or discontinue any artwork, photos, verbiage deemed in its sole opinion to be inapproriate. (2) This Agreement automatically rolls into a month-to-month Agreement once Client has satisfied the Initial Term ("Extension Term"). (3) All annual fees automatically renew each year after completion of year one. (4) This Agreement may be terminated anytime after completing the Initial Term or any Extension Term simply by providing 60 days prior written notice from Client to MarketMeLocally.com
CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE: I acknowledge that I have read and Client agrees to be legally bound by all contract terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. I have full power and authority to sign for and bind the Client. By clicking "Accept' I accept this Agreement and I allow MarketMeLocally.com to obtain credit bureau reports in connection with the review or collection of this account. In addition, I personally guarantee payment of all amounts due from Client to MarketMeLocally.com. Acceptance of this Agreement is subject to the approval by MarketMeLocally.com Contract Administration at offices of MarketMeLocally.com St. Petersburg, Florida.
